Thiruvasagam - Sivapuranam 

The moment Manivasagar Perunthagai realized the Divine experience, the cycle of birth and death determined by the Karma of the soul, which had been carried over for generations, failed its purpose as the Omnipotent has showered his blessings by enlightening Perunthagai and thereby, ensuring his Devotee Perunthagai will be relieved from the Karma and Eternal pleasures that fakes the common soul paving the path for destiny. The Existence of God is Love. “Neyathe Ninra Nimalan”( Love is God) is the Guideline in Sivapuranam.

சிவ புராணம் 1-5 வரிகள்

நமச்சிவாய வாழ்க! நாதன் தாள் வாழ்க!

இமைப்பொழுதும் என் நெஞ்சில் நீங்காதான் தாள் வாழ்க!

கோகழி ஆண்ட குருமணி தன் தாள் வாழ்க!

ஆகமம் ஆகிநின்று அண்ணிப்பான் தாள் வாழ்க!

ஏகன், அநேகன், இறைவன் அடி வாழ்க!

சிவபெருமான், உலகம் முழுவதும் பரந்துள்ள பேராற்றல். எண்ணிறந்த திருநாமங்கள் அவருக்கு உள்ளது என்றாலும் நமச்சிவாய என்னும் திருநாமம் மிகவும் சிறப்பு வாய்ந்தது. தன்னை ஆட்கொள்வதற்காக உருவமற்ற ஒளிவெள்ளம் மனித உரு எடுத்தது.  பெருங்கருணைப் பேராற்றல் தன்பொருட்டாக இப்படி வந்ததை நினைத்து, ‘நமச்சிவாய வாஅழ்க’ என்றார்.
